I raised an Oral Parliamentary Question with Minister Jack Chambers in the Dáil today on the need to fast-track wastewater treatment projects across the country.
Rural communities cannot continue to be left behind while inadequate infrastructure and raw sewage issues persist. I called for all wastewater projects, regardless of size or location, to be recognised as critical infrastructure under the new Bill.
