Seaweed Harvesting and Licencing

I raised seaweed harvesting and licensing at the Joint Committee this week. It’s a valuable local resource, and coastal communities should be the ones to benefit from it. I asked officials about bringing in a register of trained harvesters to protect both the industry and the resource.
