I’ve been involved in the GAA all my life, but I’m deeply concerned about the future of rural Clare and rural Ireland. Too many people are being blocked from building homes in their own communities because the right infrastructure and sensible planning rules are not in place.
From road access to sight lines and wastewater systems, these barriers are pushing families out of rural areas. If we do not address these issues now, the situation will only get worse in the years ahead.
